Simon Cowell Eyes Kate Moss to Style “The X Factor”

Being a style icon rewards you not only with fame, but also job offers. Looks like supermodel Kate Moss is about to be offered a job by TV bigshot, Simon Cowell, to style the X Factor starting 2013.

Cowell is eyeing Moss to be the show’s style consultant, and according to an insider, he’s looking to refresh the show after ratings dropped last year, and he thinks that Moss will bring a breath of fresh air to the contestants’ style.

The insider said to Mirror tabloid:

He knows how important the styling of the ­contestants is and having a supermodel and a world-famous name on board would certainly raise the bar. Kate could give the contestants advice and ideas on how they want to look and also how to look after themselves and still look great in the years ahead.

Bangs are Back! Demi Lovato Shows Off New Do

Looks like Demi Lovato is pulling a Miley  with her new ‘do!

The young X Factor judge debuted her new hairstyle on Tuesday night. But no, it’s not a different color, but rather a different cut. This time, she has full-on bangs!

Demi tweeted, probably while she was listening to Eminem: 

“Guess what’s back, back, back, back again….. BANGS are back, back, back tell your friends….”

Though her “special swirls” might be gone for a while, surely we should give Demi a pat on the back for hopping on the bandwagon of today’s hair trend! And surely, Miley is lovin’ her new ‘do.

Khloe Kardashian Rumored to Host X Factor

Looks like Khloe Kardashian’s going into hosting! 

Multiple sources spill that the reality star is one of the eyed celebrities to host the newest season of The X Factor. Back in July, it was reported that Khloe was on the list of possible hosts, but now it seems she has risen to be the top candidate!

During an interview with reporters, Simon Cowell shared that he’s on the look out for two hosts, a male and a female, who preferably don’t have a hosting experience. He explained:

“That will make it more interesting. There’s so much talking on these shows, 11 or 12 minutes. It’s too boring, as RyanSeacrest demonstrated, for one person to say everything. You’ve got to mix it up a little bit. I kind of know what we’re looking for, but that’s why we screen-tested people.”

But even though there’s no hurry to find new hosts since the show starts off with its audition episodes, Cowell announced that the decision would be made “in the next seven days.”

Wow, we’ll have our eyes (and ears) ready for that!

American Idol Considering Brad Paisley to Replace Steven Tyler as Judge

Looks like we’ll have a little country goin’ on in American Idol’s 12th season!

Just days after Mariah Carey officially took her rightful place at the judges’ panel of FOX’s hit competition, a website reports that the show is asking country singer Brad Paisley to join her. According to the said site, now that they’ve found someone to succeed Jennifer Lopez as a female judge, American Idol is now focusing on finding a male judge to replace Steven Tyler. They say that the show is seeing a strong potential in Paisley.

Also for the next season, the show is reportedly playing with the idea of having a four-person panel, leveling with its rival competition, X Factor. Regarding original judge Randy Jackson, sources say that he might transition into a new role as a mentor to the future contestants, now that Mariah Carey, whom he manages, is going to be a judge.

Paisley has already been involved with the show, having recorded the song “Remind Me” with Idol’s very successful country singer/winner, Carrie Underwood. He also toured with season 10 champion Scotty McCreery.

Sounds like an exciting season 12 for A.I., don’t you think?

Are Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson together for real?

On the Internet, there are countless blogs and YouTube fan videos dedicated to the (obvious) bromance between the two. That’s why in a recent interview, Tomlinson, 20, finally responded to the ongoing rumors that he and 18-year-old Styles are more than just best buds.

This is a subject that was funny at first but now is actually hard to deal with in a relationship. Me and Harry are best friends. People look into our every move—it is actually affecting the way me and Harry are in public.

Louis, who is currently dating 20-year-old model Eleanor Calder, continues:

We want to joke around, but there seems to be a different rumor every time we do anything. I act the same way with Harry as I do [with] any of the other boys and my childhood friend Stan.

He adds:

I think that we have always been ourselves from day one, and we keep ourselves grounded. We have a big team working with us, and we make all the final decisions on everything, be it styling, song and lyric choices, tour creative. We like to be involved in everything. That way, everything we do is ‘us’ and real.

There you go, folks; that’s what makes them beautiful.
