Nina Dobrev: “I’m Not Going to Pull a Miley.”

Nina Dobrev might be madly in love with Ian Somerhalder, but it doesn’t look like she’s in a race to the altar.

The Vampire Diaries actress, 23, recently shared to FASHION magazine her future plans. She said:

Eventually I am going to marry and have a family but not anytime soon. I’m not going to pull a Miley.

However, her view on marriage isn’t the only thing that sets Nina apart from Miley Cyrus. Nowadays, Cyrus is being caught wearing daring, ‘90s-inspired outfits, while Dobrev sports more sophisticated attires by very known designers like Elie Saab, Monique Lhuillier, and Donna Karan. To shine on the red carpet during special events, Ian Somerhalder’s girlfriend works with stylist Ilaria Urbinati. She shared:

I needed a collaborator, not a dictator. Someone who’d hopefully understand me. When you’re getting ready for a red carpet, you have to have a great team and you have to make sure that everyone is looking out for every little detail. If they’re not … Joan Rivers will be.

Successful adult relationships are not like childish play dates, and Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder are out to prove that.

The Vampire Diaries stars, who started dating early 2011, “are genuinely good people who strive toward having a good relationship,” co-star Kat Graham, 22, tells of the couple. She adds:

And they’re also hippies!

During the Teen Choice Awards last July 22, Dobrev, 23, and Somerhalder, 33, collected surfboards for Choice Fantasy/Sci-Fi series, Choice Actress/Actor in a Fantasy/Sci-Fi series. In celebration of the awards, the dashing actor tweeted:

Thank you, teens. What an awesome evening.  It wouldn’t have happened without you.

Congrats, you two! Surely, age does not matter when you’re in love!
