Ashton Kutcher’s “Jobs” to be Released in April

Ashton Kutcher as Steve Jobs

As one of Hollywood’s most underrated actors, Ashton Kutcher should feel a bit better now as his portrayal of Apple founder, Steve Jobs, in his upcoming movie “jOBS” begins to catch attention and gets positive response. His co-star, Josh Gad, who plays Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, praised Kutcher’s performance.

“I think it’s going to be pretty wonderful. Ashton is going to blow a lot of people away. His performance was absolutely transformational. If he looked any more like Steve Jobs, I think it would just confuse a lot of people in thinking Steve Jobs never passed away. It’s that uncanny.”

Gad even thinks Kutcher has his own appreciation of Steve Jobs, which enables him to make the illusion of Jobs being “real.”

“He really immersed himself. I think he has an appreciation for Steve Jobs, the likes of which I’ve never seen in any actor who’s portrayal a real, living person. Ashton is one of the most giving actors I’ve ever worked with. I was surprised by his work every day.”

The biopic is said to be released in April, however the date is still to be confirmed. Will you watch Ashton Kutcher as Steve Jobs?

GUESS WHO’s Playing Steve Jobs?

Ashton Kutcher as Steve Jobs in “jOBS”

You haven’t been punk’d. It’s Ashton Kutcher as the legendary Apple innovator, Steve Jobs, for the film jOBS. The 34-year-old actor sports longer hair (including facial hair) to play the internet-age icon, but he won’t be sporting the look for the entire movie.

The biopic chronicles the life of the charismatic Apple CEO. Sundance released this photo more than a month before the film’s debut. It’s more than enough to hook the attention of moviegoers, who are not limited to Apple followers and gadget geeks. Steve Jobs’ story is something we all can sit down to and pick up valuable lessons from.

jOBS is set to premiere on January 27 at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.

Great teaser photo right there.

Ashton Kutcher Takes on Role of Late Apple Genius Steve Jobs

Hollywood superstar Ashton Kutcher is portraying the late Apple genius, Steve Jobs, in a forthcoming film set to be released soon.

Judging by a few promotional pictures from the set of the film, it looks like Kutcher is the right guy to portray Jobs in the Hollywood movie. The photos show that the actor actually resembles the late visionary, who died at age 56 last year from pancreatic cancer. The film’s producers hope the promotional pictures will silence all the critics who weren’t happy about the selection of Kutcher for the film role.

Kutcher is on a roll as far as his acting career is concerned. The actor has reportedly signed to return for a second season of Two and a Half Men.

Well, Kutcher certainly looks like Jobs in the film. Hopefully, his acting will do justice to his memory.
