To Lady Gaga, With Love, from Madonna

Looks like Madonna’s got no hate for Gaga!

The iconic singer, 54, dedicated her song “Masterpiece” to Lady Gaga, 26, at her concert in Atlantic City, saying that she’d like to do a collab with her. To the crowd, she said:

“You wanna know something? I love her. I love her. I do love her. Imitation is the highest form of flattery.”

She added:

“One day, very soon, we’re going to be on stage together. Just you wait. You think I’m kidding? I love Lady Gaga.”

It can be remembered that in January 2012, Madonna talked about Gaga’s song “Born This Way” and how similar it is to her 1989 song, “Express Yourself.” She explained:

“I thought, this is a wonderful way to redo my song. I mean, I recognized the chord changes. I thought it was . . . interesting.”

Well, looks like there’s no feud between the two singers, after all!

Chris Brown’s New Fortune Album Target for Anti-Abuse Activists in UK

Looks like warning stickers are not for songs alone!

Usually, when warning stickers are stuck to albums, it’s about the lyrical content of the songs. But this isn’t the case for R&B singer Chris Brown. Apparently, a group of campaigners in the U.K. took it upon themselves to make sure that people who might buy the artist’s fifth studio album, Fortune, would think twice before they actually buy it.

It’s not yet clear how the campaign spread around, but surely they have hit at least one London HMV megastore. The message on the sticker?

”WARNING. DO NOT BUY THIS ALBUM! THIS MAN BEATS WOMEN.”

Although Brown and his reps have not yet commented on this scandal, the reps for HMV have released a statement already, saying,

“It was very much an isolated incident and nothing to do with HMV or representing our views. It would appear a member of the public popped into one of our stores yesterday and stickered a handful of CDs. These were spotted and quickly removed, but, before we could act, the individual concerned must have taken a photo and sent it to the media. To our knowledge there are no further stickers in our stores now.”

Well, haters gonna hate, but his fans are surely still gonna love him no matter what!

Madonna Won’t Be Kissing Britney and X-Tina!

So the Internet has been buzzing with the news that Madonna will once again lock lips with Britney Spears and X-Tina Aguilera like they did way back in their MTV Video Music Awards in 2003. The Hollywood Reporter reported:

“According to the Twitter feed for the singer’s latest album, MDNA, Aguilera will appear at Madonna’s concerts in Los Angeles on Oct. 10 and 11 for a ‘special performance,’ while Spears will ‘attend’ the show on the 10th.”

However, it turns out that the MDNA Twitter account is a ‘fake’ as confirmed by Madonna’s rep, and that the rumors are just, well, rumors. Britney Spears and X-Tina Aguilera won’t be joining Madge onstage on her tour in LA. Reps of Britney Spears and X-Tina Aguilera also confirmed that the reunion report is indeed false.

Maybe they should re-think it over. It would be a sold-out show!

Lady Gaga In Hot Water For Tweeting ‘Pop Singers Don’t Eat’

American singing superstar Lady Gaga recently got some backlash in the Twitter world.

This developed after Lady Gaga tweeted that #PopSingersDontEat.
Many of her Twitter fans were not happy with the tweet of their idol since they perceived it as an indirect endorsement for anorexia and other eating disorders.

Some of her fans went to the extent of telling Gaga she was stupid for her tweet. Other fans also said that her recent tweet is not in accordance to her advocacy for healthy eating particularly among women.

Well, no one is perfect in this world, so if Gaga made a lapse on her tweet both fans and critics just have to forgive her for it.
