Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise Visit Katie’s Hometown

Look who’s back, New York! It’s Suri Cruise! And her momma, of course.

Suri, 6, and mom Katie Holmes touched back down in the Big Apple last week after spending the weekend in Ohio with Holmes’ family. Mother and daughter took a commercial flight out of the city to Detroit Metropolitan Wayne Country Airport, where the two rode a car to Toledo, Holmes’ hometown.

The cute little jetsetter was spotted out and about in Ohio, enjoying her trips to the mall and her swim at a local country club.

A couple of weeks ago, Kathleen, Katie’s mom and Suri’s grandma, made her way to New York to have some girl time with her newly single daughter and her fashionista granddaughter.

Oh, what anyone would give to have the life of Suri Holmes- Cruise.

Katy Perry Spotted Hooking Up with John Mayer

Katy Perry seems to be living the Teenage Dream!

 According to witnesses, the “Wide Awake” singer was spotted spending the evening of July 19 with no other than John Mayer at SoHo House in West Hollywood. The witness spills:

 They were affectionate, holding hands and cuddling!

Reportedly, the next night, the “The One That Got Away” singer invited the infamous womanizer Mayer, 34, over to her place, where they were said to have snacked on a pizza. News came out just a few days after Katy and Russell Brand finalized their divorce. The singer is also reportedly going on casual dates with Florence + the Machine rocker Robert Ackroyd.

Chris Colfer Speaks Out About Alleged Lack of Same-Sex Couple PDA in Glee

Is Glee a sexist show?

Numerous Glee fans, or Gleeks, have been complaining about the seemingly “lack of PDA” between same-sex couples on the show. Finally, Chris Colfer, who plays Kurt Hummel on the show, answers the speculations about the Fox hit series being a rather sexist TV production. Colfer shares:

That surprises me because I always feel like Darren’s mouth is on mine. Always. I feel like that is just another day at work. Actually I don’t think I’ve noticed. I feel like people get mad at that, but I mean you really have to look at how high schools are these days.

He adds:

Gay couples aren’t as comfortable showing PDA, especially in the middle of Ohio. I feel like when people get in uproar about this, it’s really kind of unfair because the show is trying to portray it as realistically as possible.

Darren Criss, who plays Blaine in the show and is Kurt’s current love, shares:

I always want them together. The way I see it, you’ve established that you’re the couple. If things shake up I’m all about it, but as long as they know they have to get back together in the end, like all good love stories, than I’m cool with it.

American Idol Considering Brad Paisley to Replace Steven Tyler as Judge

Looks like we’ll have a little country goin’ on in American Idol’s 12th season!

Just days after Mariah Carey officially took her rightful place at the judges’ panel of FOX’s hit competition, a website reports that the show is asking country singer Brad Paisley to join her. According to the said site, now that they’ve found someone to succeed Jennifer Lopez as a female judge, American Idol is now focusing on finding a male judge to replace Steven Tyler. They say that the show is seeing a strong potential in Paisley.

Also for the next season, the show is reportedly playing with the idea of having a four-person panel, leveling with its rival competition, X Factor. Regarding original judge Randy Jackson, sources say that he might transition into a new role as a mentor to the future contestants, now that Mariah Carey, whom he manages, is going to be a judge.

Paisley has already been involved with the show, having recorded the song “Remind Me” with Idol’s very successful country singer/winner, Carrie Underwood. He also toured with season 10 champion Scotty McCreery.

Sounds like an exciting season 12 for A.I., don’t you think?

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis Attend an LA Party; Full-on PDA!

New couple alert!

Ashton Kutcher was accompanied by his new ladylove and former co-star, Mila Kunis, when he attended an L.A. party last Saturday. The couple didn’t seem to be shy about showing their affection for each other, because they were spotted sitting so close together during the event and even kissing in front of fellow party guests.

Just last spring, the longtime friends seemed to start taking their relationship to the next level, going on road trips together and dining around LA in public.

Although a source says they’re “not exclusive” and they’re just “seeing where it’s going” with this pic, I seriously doubt it.
