“Cybergdeddon” Star Colton Haynes Loses Some Muscle

Seems like being buff and all that is far from easy!

In West Hollywood, during the premier of Cybergdeddon, Colton Haynes, 27, admitted that he kinda lost some muscles here and there.

“I just lost 16 pounds of muscle, but I’ll get it back — it’s easy! It’s so hard to keep it on.”

He explained that he is working with “amazing trainers” to get those perfect biceps and pecs. The Teen Wolf star shared:

“I haven’t had a session in a while, which is why I dropped a little weight, but I’m a huge fan of yoga and spin class,” the actor said. “Spin class is the best for your core!”

He also said working out isn’t the only way to get a great body! “Unfortunately, diet is 75 or 80 percent of trying to get in shape, so you do have to try to cut the carbs. The diet’s a huge part! I’m from Kansas, so I love ranch dressing and McDonald’s. When I’m working, I have to stay away from all that!”

Must be a big sacrifice! 


Miley Shows Off Pilates Workout Results

Miley Cyrus is definitely as fit as she can be.

Last spring, she defended herself from people who criticized her very slim body, which she attained through having Pilates and, more intriguingly, a gluten-free diet. Now engaged to Australian actor Liam Hemsworth, Miley, 18, flaunted the body she’s proud of to her nearly 7 million Twitter followers.

The photo featured the singer/actress’s teeny-weeny waist as she wears a baggy green pair of pants—which may or may not be Hemsworth’s—and a stripped, tight crop tee. She captioned it:

My ‘Fiance’ jeans. But for real though.

Back in April, Miley answered rumors regarding her being anorexic, saying:

For everyone calling me anorexic, I have a gluten and lactose allergy. It’s not about weight — it’s about health. Gluten is crap anyway!

Seems like we’ve got a brand new kind of diet in town!
