American actress Kristin Stewart is just 22 years old, but she is now considered the highest paid actress in Hollywood today.

Stewart reportedly earned a whopping $34.5 million between May 2011 and May 2012 to become the highest paid actress in Tinseltown. The young actress earned huge money for her two films, Twilight: Breaking Dawn, Part 1 and Snow White and the Huntsman, which both earned big money at the box office.

Taking a close second in the survey conducted by Forbes magazine was A-list actress Cameron Diaz, who earned $34 million in the past year. Diaz received a huge paycheck for her film Bad Teacher, which earned $216 million on a tiny budget of $20 million.

The third spot on the prestigious list went to Sandra Bullock, who earned $25 million. Rounding up the remaining top five slots were Angelina Jolie at $20 million and Charlize Theron at $18 million. Stewart became a household name around the world after playing the role of Bella, the love interest of vampire Edward Cullen, played by her boyfriend Robert Pattinson, in the original Twilight movie.
