Olivier Martinez Gets a Brace for His Hand After Brawl with Gabriel Aubry

Judging from Gabriel Aubry‘s gruesome photos, it’s not surprising Olivier Martinez‘s punching hand has suffered considerable damage.

Martinez was spotted sporting a hand brace and bandage on Tuesday as he was leaving Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills.

Martinez, Halle Berry’s fiance, and Aubry, her ex, had a brawl on Thanksgiving Day at the actress’ home. The fight erupted allegedly due to a custody battle over Berry and Aubry’s daughter, Nahla. According to a source, it was Aubry who physically initiated the brawl after getting irked over a comment Martinez made.

Gabriel Aubry was photographed with bruised and swollen eyes in the days following the fight. A restraining order, preventing him from coming near Halle Berry, was issued against him. In turn, he obtained a protective order against Martinez, who he said vowed to kill him. But a source disputed this claim.

Looks like this matter isn’t going to be put to rest soon as the brawl and the conflicting stories only added tension to the already-bitter custody battle over Nahla. 

Halle Berry’s Ex and Fiance Fight on Thanksgiving

Halle Berry’s ex Gabriel Aubry and fiance Olivier Martinez reportedly got into a fight on Thanksgiving Day at the actress’ home.

There have been speculations as to the real cause of the fight, but sources say the tension began when Aubry showed up with his and Halle’s daughter, 4-year-old Nahla.

Martinez reportedly said something that irked Aubry, who then punched him. It may have been a full-blown struggle between the two as—according to a source—Aubry sustained injuries that required hospitalization. The police are still investigating the issue.

Halle Berry and model Gabriel Aubry split in 2010, and since then have been involved in a nasty custody battle.

Halle met French actor Olivier Martinez on the set of Dark Tide, the film the actress was referring to when she commented about finding love on the set of a bad movie. The two have been engaged since last year.

The reason for the fight has not been confirmed, but if it was over Halle Berry, as in Halle Berry, we perfectly understand.

Halle Berry Back to Work After Head Injury

Halle Berry is surely not letting any injury get in her way.

The Academy Award winning-actress, now 45, was hospitalized in Los Angeles Tuesday last week after suffering a “a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, The Hive,” her rep says.

The rep adds:

She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released.

Berry was spotted back on the film’s set in a seemingly good mood two days after. She was even photographed chasing after her cute 4-year-old baby girl, Nahla, in between takes. Nahla is Berry’s baby with ex-bf Gabriel Aubry, 35. Though she has already divorced twice, the actress is currently engaged to French actor Olivier Martinez, 46. A source tells:

She trusts Olivier. He makes her feel safe. He’s a keeper!

Halley Berry Checking out Schools for Nahla in France

Looks like Halle Berry is really getting set of moving down to France along with her fiancé Oliver Martinez and her daughter with baby daddy Gabriel Audrey, Nahla.

She just checked schools in France for her daughter.

Reportedly the “Monster Ball” actress wanted to move to France and do away with the paparazzi that hounded her in the U.S. Plus she also thinks it would the best thing for her and Nahla as she also has stalker issues to deal with in the states.

However, there is one slight of a problem because Gabriel Audrey if not letting them go as he is fighting the move on reasons that severing Nahla’s contact with him in moving to France would be bad for the kid.

But it sure is not stopping Halle Berry, Nahla and Oliver.

Halle Berry Engaged to Oliver Martinez

With all the on-going hassle of the custody battle of Hally Berry to her former baby daddy Gabriel Audrey, the Oscar winning actress still have been able to celebrate a happy love life.

Her relationship with actor Oliver Martinez might have been overshadowed by her nasty custody battle of Nahla, but is sure does not mean that the Halle and Oliver are not smoothly swimming together.

Proof that the two are very much unperturbed of the legal war that Halle is having is the recent confirmation of Oliver Martinez that yes they are engaged!

Asked about the engagement ring Oliver said that it was designed by a jeweler from his Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighborhood in Paris named Robert Mazio, a “real artist” as per Oliver who said that the man designed jewelry pieces already for French royals.
