Aniston continues to have a killer body because she loves to work out at a gym at least six times a week. The A-list actress, who is considered to be a gym rat, was recently seen burning some of her excess calories at a gym in West Hollywood.

The former Friends star wore black jogging bottoms and a pair of Nike trainers for her recent gym workout. The results of the constant workout routine of the veteran actress can clearly be seen on her amazing, bikini body.

Aside from her intense workout schedule, Aniston follows a strict diet. Considering the results of her exercise, I am pretty sure her family and boyfriend are very happy with her fit body.
