Former self-confessed drug and alcohol addict Hollywood actor Colin Farrell revealed he has decided to abandon his unhealthy lifestyle for the sake of his two children. Farrell said he dearly loved his children, which is why he made the tough decision to live a healthy living now.
The actor said he wanted to live longer for his children that’s why he now makes it a point to live healthy everyday. According to reports, in order to make himself fit and trim, Farrell does jogging two miles and an hour of weights six days a week.
Aside from his time with his family, Farrell is currently busy promoting his latest film Total Recall, a remake of the classic Arnold Schwarzenegger hit movie.
All I can say is, a big bravo for Farrell for changing his bad ways to good deed for the sake of his children. Keep it up man!

Many celebrities are hooked on Pilates classes as a form of exercise to slim down and be fit. Hollywood actress Emily Blunt is the latest celebrity to get hooked on this kind of exercise.
The Devils Wears Prada star was recently seen attending a Pilates class in West Hollywood, Los Angeles. Sporting a grey T-shirt, black leggings, and bright red and black sneakers, the 29-year-old actress looked gorgeous and fit.
According to reports, the actress started by going for a cardio run around the track, before stepping up her pace with some circuit training. Blunt was reportedly very serious in her Pilates class as she managed to keep pace with her toned male trainer and carry out the range of stretches and manoeuvres expected of her.
It is nice to know that despite their tight schedules as stars, many celebrities still find time to exercise and be fit and trim.
