The answer is four small protein packed meals in a day. A person close to Lopez revealed that the singer/actress ate four meals a day to keep her figure slim.

Sources said aside from four meals a day, the celebrity also makes it a habit to also drinks ice water to speed up her metabolism and prohibits carbs after four in the afternoon. Lopez also makes it a point to workout regularly with her 25-year-old dancer boyfriend Casper Smart.

The actress also makes it a habit to wake up at around six in the morning and does an hour-long exercise. Both Lopez and Caster are exercising together to stay fit and sexy. It is nice to know that busy celebrities like Lopez still has time to stay fit and trim.

According to reports, the sequel or prequel of the hit film is now in the works. The male lead of the film, Channing Tatum, confirmed to the media that the producers of the hit film are now conceptualizing the script for Magic Mike 2. Tatum said he and the original cast of the film are very excited about the second installment of the film. The film also stars Matthew McConaughey, Matt Bomer, Joe Manganiello, and Alex Pettyfer.

Magic Mike is now currently in the fifth spot in the box office rankings for North American cinemas. Tatum also took time to thank all the fans who watched the film, and he hopes they will also support the second edition of the film when it hits theaters soon.

Hemsworth, who became famous for playing Thor in recent films, was seen spending precious moments with his baby daughter and his wife. The 28-year-old Australian actor looked proud and happy as he carried his daughter alongside his wife, Elsa Pataky.

According to reports, Hemsworth and his family were on a shopping trip when they were seen in Santa Monica. Hemsworth and Pataky got married in December 2010 and had their first baby, India Rose, in May.

The actor and his wife looked good in their public appearance as a family. Sources said the actor is set to reprise his role as Thor in both Thor 2 and The Avengers 2.

One of the legends of Hollywood action films has expressed sadness over the recent death of his 36-year-old son.

Sylvester Stalone, 66, is “devastated” and “grief-stricken” over the untimely death of his son, Sage Stallone, who was found dead inside his apartment in Los Angeles. According to reports, the younger Stallone was found dead beside some prescription pills, which are being eyed as the cause of his demise. Authorities are now digging deeper into his death to determine if a possible overdose of pills was an accident or suicide. Police said they did not find any suicide note at the scene.

Sage was the oldest of Sylvester Stallone’s children, and he co-starred with his father in two films. He was the first of two sons Stallone had with his first wife, Sasha Czack. The late Sage Stallone starred with his father in the films Rocky 5 and Daylight. Losing someone is indeed a sad and depressing feeling, and we offer our sincere condolence to the Stallone family.
