Maria Sharapova Ends Engagement With Sasha Vujacic

Looks like Maria Sharapova never got to say “I do.”

The tennis play, 25, who beat Mallory Burdette recently, revealed during a US Open news conference that she and professional basketball player Sasha Vujacic are no longer engaged. She shared:

“It’s been since the end of spring. I was waiting for someone to actually ask me that question.”

The former LA Lakers forward, 28, popped the question to Sharapova, 25, in October of 2010. Sources say that the ring approximately costs $250,000. The famous tennis player added:

“I have never really been the person to announce things. I never announced when we were together or never announced we were engaged. I never have in any of my previous relationships, as well.”

Sharapova also explained that breaking up with Vujacic was “challenging.”

“It was a really nice period of time for both of us, but our career schedules just made it extremely difficult to see each other with the traveling and especially his career move to Turkey. But we have a tremendous amount of respect for each other.”

Last Thursday, the engaged star was seen walking around the streets of Hollywood donning a gold “Justin” nameplate necklace, which seemed to pay homage to her soon-to-be hubby, Justin Timberlake, 31, who is currently away from her and is in Puerto Rico shooting his newest flick, Runner, Runner.

The necklace complimented Biel’s, 30, high-waist skinny jeans and loose-fitting orange sweater.

When she appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno last Wednesday, the actress raved about her recent vacation in Puerto Rico. Acknowledging her engagement for the first time in TV, she shared:

I was visiting my fiance there. He’s shooting a film there. So I’m vacationing. I’m having the best time of my life. It’s fantastic.

Soon-to-be-bride Miley Cyrus looks super slim these days.

According to reports, Cyrus looks very gorgeous and sexy because of the Pilates class she regularly attends. Cyrus was even spotted recently doing workouts at Windsor Pilates in West Hollywood in Los Angeles. The 19-year-old American singer/actress looked very fit in her black sweatpants and white striped top.

Sources said the newly engaged celebrity is working hard to keep her slim frame so that she will look good on her wedding day. The young star is engaged to actor Liam Hemsworth and could be walking down the aisle soon.

Cyrus is reportedly hooked on Pilates and attends classes twice a day. Internet research indicates that an hour of Pilates burns about 360 calories, enhances a person’s core strength, and increases flexibility.

The singer/actress is looking very good these days. We wish her all the best in both her career and her personal life.

Keira Knightley Is Now Engaged to Rocker Boyfriend James Righton

Another celebrity is set to walk down the aisle soon.

According to reports, British acting superstar Keira Knightley is already engaged to marry her boyfriend, James Righton. After accepting his marriage proposal, sources said Knightley, 27, will marry the 28-year-old keyboard player sometime soon.

Knightley and Righton began dating last year after being introduced by their mutual friend, Alexa Chung. Before Righton, the actress previously dated her Pride & Prejudice co-star, Rupert Friend, for five years before they went their separate ways in January 2011. She became a household name after starring in the film series, Pirates of the Caribbean, which became a global mega-hit with moviegoers.
