Carly Rae Jepsen Rumored to be Dating a New Guy

Seems like too many boys want to call her maybe!

When the hit song Call Me Maybe went viral last May, Carly Rae Jepsen wasn’t just singing; she was singing it to a special someone! Jepsen, 26, shared of her boyfriend of one year, Jordi Ashworth:

“He’s an amazing guy. Jordi is studying to become an architect, but right now he’s taking some time out to come along and be involved in this adventure with me. It’s nice that I don’t get lonely. He blushes when he hears the song ["Call Me Maybe"], but I write a song a week, so he has a couple of CDs worth of songs dedicated to him.”

However, it wasn’t Jordi that people saw watching her backstage at the Summer MixTape Festival in Hershey, Pennsylvania. It was musician Matthew Koma! Has Jepsen found a new man? What happened to architect Jordi? According to a friend of Carly’s:

 ”Carly broke up with Jordi in June because her schedule got crazy.”

Oh, she did? Meanwhile, another source says that Redfoo from LMFAO introduced Jepsen to Koma. The source added:

 ”She really likes him!”

Wow, she’s just met him, and maybe she’s in love now!

Carly Rae Jepsen on Leaked Sex Tape: “Obviously Not Me”

Call her? Maybe. But see her naked? Never!

A sex tape starring a brunette girl with bangs and with a little resemblance to Carly Ray Jepsen leaked on the Internet recently. But don’t start panicking yet, Jepsen fans, because the “Call Me Maybe” singer, 26, dismissed the speculations that the girl in the vid was her. She tweeted:

 Discovered that someone put up a sex tape claiming to be me. Ridiculous. Obviously not me.

Jepsen probably doesn’t have time to worry about those things for now. She’s still in that entranced state after bagging down surfboards at the Teen Choice Awards recently! The Canadian native won Breakout Artist and Choice Summer Song.

Lady Gaga Warns Carly Rae: “I’m Coming for You”

The battle is officially on between Lady Gaga and Carly Rae!

Justin Bieber’s protégé, 26, best known for her upbeat hit, “Call Me Maybe,” has officially surpassed Lady Gaga’s record in Billboard’s Hot 100. Jepsen’s contagious summer hit has been on top of the said charts for seven weeks, beating Gaga’s 2011 hit “Born This Way,” which stayed at No. 1 for six weeks.

Reacting to this, Gaga, also 26, took to twitter to (jokingly) warn the rookie singer.

With Lady Gaga introducing her newest single at an NYC parking lot recently, it’d be a good idea if Carly Rae loads up with ammo.

Madison Beer: Justin Bieber’s “#futurestar”

A simple math formula can simplify all this madness right now: Twitter + Justin Bieber = Fame. Instant fame.

Well, first it was “Call Me Maybe” songstress Carly Rae Jepsen. Now, it’s Madison Beer. The 13-year-old almost-singer trended worldwide on Twitter, thanks to a couple of precious tweets from the heartthrob Justin Bieber. If the Twitter hype is to be believed, Beer is in the talks of signing with Scooter Braun, the same man responsible for the existence of Bieber and Jepsen in the Hollywood spotlight.

The superstar tweeted to his loyal Beliebers a link to Madison’s youtube video, which is of her singing Etta James’ “At Last.” He said:

wow. 13 years old! she can sing. great job. #futurestar-http://youtu.be/_0otR5cFhew.

How Madison responded? Well, like any other Belieber would, I suppose:

Well, her enthusiasm surely paid off. Bieber’s original tweet has been tweeted more than 14,000 times, and Madison’s followers has gone up to 20,000 (it’s probably going up as you read this). Also, the rising star’s name has been trending worldwide ever since the tweet got a Bieber fever.

And as if all that craze wasn’t enough, the Biebs tweeted two more videos of the sensational teen to both Carly Rae Jepsen (his previous discovery) and Bruno Mars so they can be “marvelled” by her, too.

Nude Photos of Carly Rae Jepsen Reportedly Leaked?

Did the singer just sing, “Call me naked?”

The Internet and social networking community started buzzing last Monday when topless photos of “Call Me Maybe” singer Carly Rae Jepsen were reportedly leaked online. But were those really photos of the 26-year-old?

Apparently not. The young woman in the pictures might have in some small way, shape, or form looked kind of like the Canadian singer, but it certainly was NOT Carly. So the rumor seems to have been false. The young lady in the photos was actually Destiny Benedict, a 21-year-old model. After learning about the mistaken identity, the model tweeted:

“Well, I just want to say this, Carly Rae is a beautiful girl, and I’m honored to have been mistaken as her.”

Neither Justin Bieber’s protégé nor anyone from her team has spoken about the incident yet.
