One of the top stars in Hollywood has admitted that regaining back your shapely body after getting pregnant and giving birth is not easy.
Kate Hudson revealed that, in order to lose the extra pounds she gained during pregnancy, she works out at least six hours a day. The 33-year-old A-lister actress said she does 45 or 55 minutes of cardio then an hour of Pilates or yoga three times a day to regain her slim and fit figure.
To lose more weight, Hudson also said that she does some biking on a regular basis. Getting back to her pre-pregnancy body is hard, but she is determined to do it for the sake of her family. To lose weight fast, Hudson also watches what she eats. It’s all non-fattening food for her these days.
Getting back in shape after pregnancy is indeed not easy, so we just hope Kate regains her slim and fit body, which made her one of the most beautiful and sexiest actressess in Tinseltown.
