Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson to Skip This Year’s Twilight Convention

Looks like Twi-fans need to work on being a lil’ more patient to see their fave couple back together under the spotlight!

The estranged duo isn’t going to attend the Twilight conventions in San Antonio, Texas; Detroit, Michigan; Parsippany, New Jersey; and Burbank, California. Kristen Stewart, 22, and Robert Pattinson, 26, along with their co-star, Taylor Lautner, 20, though they’ve attended in the past years, are to skip the events for the last installment of their raved series. Creation Entertainment released a statement:

“The passion and dedication of Twilight fandom has been amazing and we’re out to throw one last giant convention, a final gathering to see old friends that have made up the Twilight family. Although Rob, Kristen, and Taylor will not be with us this time out, we will have a super line-up of other Twilight stars, and the weekend will be filled with special events, movie prop and costume displays, contests, panels, auctions, parties, exclusive merchandise, music and much more, including some surprises!”

Well, here’s to hoping that we’ll see the famous trio on their movie’s premiere night!

Sophia Bush Talks About Being Single!

Sophia Bush is a sucker for romance!

Just six months after news broke out about her break-up with her on-and-off love of six years, Austin Nichols, the One Tree Hill star, 30, shares about her life as a single woman now. She says:

“Being on my own has been amazing. I don’t know if it’s coming into my thirties or what it is, but I’m such a sucker for love and I believe in it and I always want it to win. By nature, I think as women we are nurturers, we’re caretakers, and me in particular. . . I want to take care of everybody else. And to have spent so long now just taking care of myself and my girlfriends and enjoying that, it’s so good. I think it’s so important.”

Uma Thurman Looks Slim After Giving Birth

Most women  have to deal with extra weight after giving birth. A woman’s post-baby body is usually not her best form. 

Well, that’s not the case for Hollywood A-lister actress Uma Thurman. According to reports, Thurman looks slim after giving birth to her third child last July 15.

The 42-year-old actress looks pretty and fit after giving birth to a daughter, her first child with businessman beau Arpad Busson.  She has two other children: Maya, 13, and Levon, 10, with her ex-husband, Ethan Hawke. Sources said Thurman looked very happy as a new mother. 

Big congratulations, Uma! Hope we can see you soon again on the silver screen.

Tori Spelling Once Called Ugly 10 Times a Day

For Hollywood actress Tori Spelling, it wasn’t always rosy.

She might be living a rosy life as a mother and wife these days, but in the past it wasn’t always perfect for the 39-year-old actress. Spelling admitted to the media that her former boyfriend of two years, Nick Savalas, used to call her ugly 10 times a day.

Tori said Savalas’ verbal abuse made her life miserable and destroyed her self-confidence. She’s very happy to have met her husband, Dean McDermott, 45.

The actress said McDermott is a loving and caring husband who always lifts her spirits and make her feel like a real woman. At the moment, the couple is expecting their fourth child, due this autumn.

We wish Tori more happiness in life, with nobody calling her ugly! 

Katie Holmes Gets Only Child Support and Nothing Else From Tom Cruise

Oh, look what happens if a Hollywood marriage doesn’t end in good terms! Billionaire superstar Tom Cruise’s prenup apparently left his ex-wife Katie Holmes with no spousal support (read: nothing, zilch, nada), although he’s worth $250 million.

According to TMZ, Katie will get money for child support, which according to the settlement Tom must pay $400,000 a year. This boils down to $33,333.33 per month paid by electronic transfer for the next 12 years until Suri Cruise turns 18, totaling in $4.8 million. Suri’s side expenses, including medical, dental, insurance, education, college, and extracurricular costs must be paid by Tom as well.

Word is, Katie could’ve brought this case to trial and get more $$$ in child support, but both she and Tom decided to settle without going to court. Looks like they’re so done with each other.

Which only makes me wonder why even more.
