Arnold Schwarzenegger Rewards Self with a $250K Monster Truck

If you happen to be one of the top action superstars in Hollywood, it’s no surprise if you reward yourself with a $250,000 monster truck.

Well, that was what former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger did – reward himself with a $250,000 Mercedes Benz Unimog monster truck. Schwarzenegger, 65, was very happy with his latest buy and drove it around Santa Monica, Calif. recently.

People were pleasantly surprised to see who was behind the wheel of the monster truck. According to reports, the truck had been customized to “fit” LA roads by a German company called Mertec.

Sources said the truck is also used as an army vehicle by military powerhouses like Germany, Britain, and the United States. Moreover, it was learned that the monster vehicle is perfect for “the most extreme, arduous tasks, including fighting forest fires, performing rescue operations during catastrophes, or maintaining power supply lines.”

Wow, that’s huge news!

Russell Crowe Gets Stuck in Long Island; Gets a Lift from Coast Guard

Looks like Russell Crowe got lost!

The actor went kayaking in Long Island, New York, over the weekend with his personal trainer, Chris Feather. They seemed to have enjoyed kayaking so much that they only started to head ashore when it was already getting dark . The U.S. Coast Guard, which happened to be patrolling the area, heard Crowe, 48, when he called out to the team at around 10pm EST, according to U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer Robert Swieciki. The Aussie actor and his friend then tried to paddle to where the Coast Guard team was and were helped onboard.  Swieciki explained to the press:

“He just needed a little bit of help. He just got a little lost. It wasn’t really a rescue, really, more of just giving someone a lift.”

Well, it’s good that he’s safe now!

Colin Farrell Addicted to Yoga

You’d think rehab is the only way to Colin Farrell’s well-being. In the olden days, maybe. But the Total Recall star says it’s actually yoga which keeps him away from drugs, alcohol, and unhealthy lifestyle. Ferrel raves about his newfound love:

“It’s helped to stay away from the cocaine and the whiskey. Life moves in cycles. I’m not going to say there was a particular day or time when things changed, or even that I’m a different man.”

Farrell also says yoga helps him enjoy being a dad to his son, Henry.

“I enjoy the work more. I enjoy being a dad more. I enjoy doing things I never thought I’d enjoy, like yoga! Everything’s by design, even if you think it’s not. I can’t say I sat down and said, ‘Right, I am going to reinvest’. I know from talking to some friends and different people that it looks as though I’ve tried to redesign my career but it’s not really like that.”

End of the Line for NBA Star Shaquille O’Neal and Fiancée Nicole ‘Hoopz’ Alexander

The world is not that goofy and fun for former NBA superstar center Shaquille O’Neal.

This developed after O’Neal and his girlfriend Nicole ‘Hoopz’ Alexander have mutually decided to end their relationship.  According to reports, the exact reason for the separation is unknown, but it was learned that the former couple were seen fighting in public before their separation.

The former NBA superstar and his 5’2″ girlfriend started dating back in 2010 when Shaq played for the Boston Celtics. News of the breakup surprised their family and friends since the couple looked very happy together.

Although not as popular as Shaq, Alexander is known for her appearances on Flavor Of Love and I Love Money, both on the VH1 network. Alexander also worked as a TSA agent at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport.

We wish both Shaq and Nicole all the best in their career, especially now that both of them are nursing a broken a heart.

Benicio Del Toro is a Loving Father to Daughter Delilah

Hollywood actor/director Benicio del Toro is a loving and hands-on father to his daughter Delilah.

Del Torro was recently seen helping his girlfriend, Kimberly Stewart, care for their daughter. Stewart is the daughter of music legend Rod Stewart. Sources describe the 45-year-old celebrity as a devoted family man.

Del Torro didn’t leave his girlfriend’s side when she gave birth to their daughter a year ago. Delilah reportedly is also very close to her famous father.

It’s always nice to know famous male celebrities  who aren’t shy about showing how much they love their children.
