Madonna checked out the dancers at the Smirnoff Nightlife Exchange Project dance competition, held at Roseland Ballroom on Saturday (November 12) in New York City.

Lil Buck from Memphis, Tennessee beat out ten other finalists to win the title to join The Material Girl’s official dance crew!

”The Smirnoff Nightlife Exchange Project has uncovered amazing dance talent from all over the world, but Lil’ Buck was the best of all,” Madonna said in a statement.
