Contrary to the internet death rumor, Reba McEntire isn’t dead. The singer and actress commented on the recent rumor that she died while mountain climbing in Austria.
“There is a rumor going around that I died after falling off a mountain in Austria yesterday while shooting a movie,” she blogged. “While I would love to be shooting a movie in Austria, I definitely did not fall off a mountain! Nor am I dead! I am alive and kicking!!!”
At least she was a good sport about it.
Emma Roberts is a girl who knows exactly what she wants. The actress reportedly cut most of her ties with boyfriend, Chord Overstreet (of Glee fame) before she dumped the actor.
“Emma told Chord he didn’t need to spend New Year’s with her. It was just her and her girlfriends, a tradition she always does,” one source says. “Emma is pretty difficult to be in a relationship with.”
It seems the couple officially called it quits sometime after the Golden Globes after a big fight at an after party.

Scarlett Johansson was spotted over the weekend on the arms of a new mystery guy and now it seems the mystery is revealed.
The We Bought a Zoo star, 27, is seeing an New York City-based advertising executive named Nate, a pal of the pair confirms.
“They’ve been dating for five months,” the source adds.
I guess it’s good she’s not dating another actor.
Miley Cyrus’s big brother, singer Trace Cyrus is happily engaged to Disney darling London Tiptin (I mean Brenda Song) and, while you may think the couple is young and rushing down the aisle, it seems it’s quite the contrary.
For now, though, the couple is in no hurry to wed.
According to Cyrus, who is gearing up for his first tour under the moniker Ashland High, they plan to focus on their careers in 2012, with their wedding possiblly as far as a year or two away – or even longer.
“When I asked her [to marry me], I told her, ‘I don’t care if we get married tomorrow, two weeks from now, a year from now or 10 years from now; it doesn’t matter,’ ” says Trace.
Still, he adds: “We feel like we’re almost married right now.”
I somehow seem to think he hides the real person behind his rocker looks. This guy seems so sweet.
Not so fast.
Though it sure looks like it in the picture, David Hasselhoff is not yet engaged to his girlfriend of about a year, Hayley Roberts, a Welsh model.
“The truth is I’m having a fantastic time with this lovely lady but at this time we have no plans to marry,” Hasselhoff tells PEOPLE. “But who knows? As they say in Wales, “Cymru Am Byth!” or Wales forever!”
David started the frenzy on Twitter by posting the picture and prompting people to wonder if the couple is, in fact, engaged.
