According to multiple sources, Katie Holmes will not be getting much in her divorce from Tom Cruise because of the prenup the couple signed.

Reportedly, the prenup is so solid that Katie will not get a dollar of Tom’s earnings during their marriage. Apparently, Katie is absolutely okay with that because she is not after Tom’s money. She just wants out of the marriage. Rumor has it that Katie wants the divorce in part because of Tom’s Scientology faith.

The solid prenup must be good news to Tom because the actor was reportedly just named the highest paid actor for 2011-2012 by Forbes for raking in approximately $70 million.

Usher has apparently attracted a determined and delusional fan.

Usher took matters into his own hands by calling the police on June 24 when a woman showed up at his door at his house in Georgia. The woman was described as a delusional fan who showed up at Usher’s house, which prompted the star to call 911.

According to the 911 tape, the singer called the police after the woman rang his doorbell and told them:

“I don’t know this woman … she rang my doorbell. She’s obviously a fan of some sort.”

I guess personal security isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.

Television icon Andy Griffith died at his home in North Carolina this morning.

The actor was 86 years and is best known for his self-titled show, The Andy Griffin Show. The news hit home for actor/director Ron Howard, who stared with Andy when he was a child. He took to Twitter to express his sadness over the loss of the television icon.

“His pursuit of excellence and the joy he took in creating served generations and shaped my life. I’m forever grateful. RIP, Andy.”

Andy was also honored with the Presidential Medal of Honor by President Bush.

We all suspected it for months, and now it’s officially confirmed. Former Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus is engaged to Hunger Games hunk Liam Hemsworth. The couple confirmed their engagement to People, and Miley dished on the details. The Last Song co-stars got engaged on May 31 in Los Angeles when Liam presented Miley with a 3.5 ct Neil Lane diamond.

It may come as a bit of a shock because the couple is so young (Miley is 19 and Liam is 22), but Liam’s older brother, Australian actor Chris Hemsworth, also got married at a young age. He and his wife recently welcomed their first child.

It was only a matter of time since the couple had already separated, but actress Debra Messing is ready to officially put the brakes on her marriage to her husband of almost 12 years, Daniel Zelman.  The former Will & Grace star’s lawyer filed paperwork in an L.A. County court, citing the ever popular “irreconcilable differences.”  The actress, who currently stars on ABC’s Smash, has been linked to her co-star, Will Chase, since announcing her separation in 2011.
