Looks like Nikki Blonsky of Hairspray fame is still looking for another big break!
The actress is working two-to-three days a week at the plush Steven Dann boutique in her hometown of Great Neck in New York.
Shop owner Steven told RadarOnline the 22-year-old is working there ‘two to three days a week dependent on her schedule’.
But he added that he does not expect her to be a member of his staff for too long.
He said: ‘Nikki has something enormous coming-up at the end of the summer that will be bigger than Hairspray.’
She was nominated for a best actress Golden Globe for her turn as teenager Tracy Turnblad in the 2007 hit, which grossed more than $200 million.
But her career has been rocked by recent failures.
Last year her starring vehicle sitcom Huge was cancelled by ABC Family after just 10 episodes due to poor ratings.
And this year she was in the critically-panned romantic comedy Waiting for Forever.
Her career also took a hit when she was arrested in 2008 after getting into a brawl with America’s Next Top Model contestant Bianca Golden at an airport in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Nikki was charged with assault and actual bodily harm while her father Carl was charged with grievous bodily harm.
She reportedly started the job last week and hopes to work there through the summer.
