It looks like this Heidi Klum and Seal split is for real!

Just days after Heidi Klum filed for divorce, Seal answered with court papers seeking joint physical custody of their four children.

The singer’s filing Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court differs from the model’s papers that sought joint legal custody with visitation for Seal of Leni, 7½, Henry, 6½, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2.

But a source tells PEOPLE this is merely a legal technicality and no custody fight is expected. As with Klum’s petition, Seal’s papers cite the standard “irreconcilable differences” for the end of the nearly seven-year marriage.

You know I really wish divorce papers would make you actually state a reason for the divorce! “Irreconcilable differences” is such a f-ing cop-out! Anyhoo, I’m sad to see these two split up, they gave me hope.

An autopsy report was released today giving more details to the circumstances surrounding her death.

The singer’s assistant left Houston to run an errand at Nieman Marcus. When the assistant returned to the singer’s room around 3:35 p.m. on Saturday Feb. 11, Houston was lying face down in the bathtub in approximately 13-inches of water, according to an autopsy report released Wednesday.

The singer was pulled out of the tub by her assistant and bodyguard. When police arrived on the scene, they found multiple bottles of prescription medication and some loose pills scattered around the room.

In the bathroom was an astray filled with multiple cigarette butts and “a small spoon with a white crystal like substance in it and a rolled up piece of white paper,” according to the report.

It was announced last month that Houston died of an accidental drowning heart disease and cocaine use. She also had marijuana, Xanax, Benadryl and other medication in her system.

“I collected remnants of a white powdery substance from out of a drawer and from the bottom of a mirror in the same drawer,” reads the report.

Whitney was laid to rest on Feb 19th in New Jersey. Jersey represent – RIP!

Tyler Perry had a run-in with ATL cops and is apparently unhappy with their treatment of him, claiming racial profiling.

An internal investigation has been launched into the filmmaker and TV producer’s claim that two officers acted hostilely toward him during a traffic stop because he is black, and only relented when a black officer showed up and apparently recognized Perry, E! News confirmed Wednesday.

The Good Deeds director described his version of events in detail on his Facebook page on Sunday, writing that he was driving to the airport from his Atlanta-area studio without his usual security detail and was pulled over for making a left turn from a right lane—a maneuver he attempted to ensure he wasn’t being followed.

According to Perry, the officer who approached his window asked, “Why do you think someone would be following you?” After which, he wrote, another cop banged on the passenger-side window.

The second officer, Perry wrote, asked, “What’s wrong with you?” and when the driver’s-side officer explained that Perry thought he might be followed, the officer repeated, “Why do you think someone is following you? What’s wrong with you?”

Dude, did you ever think that they might really, really hate your lame-ass movies and not care about your race? If I was a cop and had the chance, I’d hit Tyler Perry with the book, then slash his tires, then arrest him for resisting arrest when he got pissed that I slashed his tires. Then I’d make him sign a form saying that he’ll never make another movie. Happy Birthday Madea.

John Mayer’s most famous piece, Minka Kelly is “single” again, but don’t drive down to your local flower shop just yet, because she has holed up with “Fez” from That 70′s Show.

“Minka was single as of early February,” a source tells Life & Style. “She was saying that she was available and seemed open to dating.”

Minka hasn’t wasted any time moving on from her MLB All-Star ex. She helped That 70s Show funnyman Wilmer Valdertrama celebrate his 32nd birthday at Hyde Bellagio in Las Vegas on Feb. 4, and since then the two have been seen at Disneyland on Feb. 21 and dining at Pink Taco on March 15 and Greystone Manor Supperclub in LA on March 18.

“It’s been getting serious in the past few weeks,” a source tells Life & Style. “Seems like Minka is done with Derek and things are heating up with Wilmer.”

C’mon, let’s be honest, hot girls are never actually single. They may spend 5 months banging some loser in between relationships, but they’re never actually alone. Besides, this trick has probably scammed so much money off Jeter, that she’s set for a bit.

When Whitney Houston passed, the coroner’s toxicology report showed traces of cocaine (among other pills and alcohol) in Whitney’s system. It turns out that police also discovered the substance in the singer’s room.

On Friday, TMZ has learned that the powdery white substance was also present in the late singer’s Beverly Hills hotel room, where she was found submerged under water inside a bathtub the evening before the 2012 Grammys. (The autopsy ruled Houston’s main cause of death as an accidental drowning.)

The site writes, “As for the quantity of cocaine that was found, official documents show one of the items police recovered was ‘white, powdery remnants.’ Sources tell us the powder was tested and it’s cocaine.”

Such a shame…and right before the Grammys! R.I.P. girl!
