Cry for your abs!
1990s TV star Tatyana Ali reveals she cries three times a day…although not for the usual reasons. She sheds tears as part of her workout.
She tells the Huffington Post:
“I cry three times a day as part of my workout routine. It really targets the core. Great way to reduce bloating.”
However, she says she also dances and does interpretative moves. Doesn’t sound unusual at all.
Tatyana Ali made a name for herself when she starred as Will Smith’s cousin in everyone’s favorite classic TV show, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. The show premiered in 1990 and aired its final episode in 1996. Since then, Tatyana has appeared in films, plays, and other TV shows. She’s also known as a singer, having released an album in 1998.
Now that you know Tatyana’s secret, are you willing to cry for your ‘core’?
