Dreams do come true, especially for Julianne Hough!
At the Fulfillment Fund Stars Gala, the Safe Haven actress, 24, admitted that American Idol host and her boyfriend Ryan Seacrest, 37, was her first crush! She tells of her beau of 2 years:
“I’m kind of dating my first celebrity crush, so I feel pretty fortunate.”
She also shared to Glamour magazine that their like-minded approach to their careers is one of the things that keep them together. She explained:
“I’m a very anxious person. If I’m not working, I go crazy. I’ve been lucky in my career. But if I lost everything tomorrow — and had no money — I would somehow make it work. I have that survivor mentality because of a lot of stuff that went on in a previous life. I feel like I’ve had four lives.”
And although Seacrest owns her heart right now, Hough explained that her Safe Haven co-star, Josh Duhamel, is quite a catch, too! She shared:
“The countless laughs that we had, his generosity, the way he was with the kids, the great skills that he has as an actor . . . the list goes on.”
She added, as she talked more about the upcoming romantic drama, which is based on the book of the same title by Nicholas Sparks.
“He’s a really incredible guy, and being able to hang out with [his wife] Fergie on set was super fun, too.”
Lucky Julianne. She gets to hang out with the good guys!
