To all the girls who want to know the secret behind the hunk body of Hollywood actor Channing Tatum, 32, you are in luck today!

According to sources, the secret behind the hot body of Tatum is his gluten- and dairy-free diets. Tatum said aside from his gluten- and dairy-free diets, he also makes it a point to workout for three hours everyday.

He said as an actor in Hollywood, he makes it a point to do this to look good in his films and his fans around the world. The actor recently starred in the hit film Magic Mike, where he portrayed the role as a male stripper.

Tatum is currently married to actress Jenna Dewan.

Magic Mike, which co-stars Alex Pettyfer and Joe Manganiello, is still showing in cinemas around the world now.
