Celebrity sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner are already living much-coveted lives, but the sisters will soon be adding “Novelist” to their posh résumés. According to a press release, the Jenner sisters are set to write a young adult, dystopian novel about two sisters in a world of terror, mystery, drama, and love. 16-year-old Kendall said in an interview:
“Kylie and I love the creative challenge and are thrilled to have been given the opportunity to share this story.”
Her 14-year-old sister, Kylie, added:
“We can’t wait to share these characters and the world we created with readers everywhere. We are so excited!”
The book, set to be published by Karen Hunter Publishing/Gallery books (under Simon & Schuster), will hit shelves (and e-shelves) in the summer of 2013. Sounds like a perfect poolside, sun-tanning read!
The untitled novel of the Keeping Up with The Kardashians stars seems to be following in the shadow of their sisters’ novel. In 2011, the Kardashian trio of Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe released a book called Dollhouse, which was about the sophisticated and elegant lives of Kamille, Kasiddy, and Kyle.
Looks like the Kardashian/Jenner ladies are out to prove that they are more than socialites.
