That is what Mezhgan Hussainy got earlier this year when the “X Faxtor” honcho called it quits with her ex-fiancée.
Not a problem for Simon as he had already moved out to another $12 million 6-bedroom home a few miles from his other mansion he gave to her ex.
As for Simon’s reason on why he gave her ex-fiancée a mansion as a parting gift, it was because her having to deal with the scrutiny that one gets in dating him.
