According to reports, Moore had already got out from Cirque Lodge, a treatment center favored by celebrities, in Utah.
Moore is reportedly now enjoying vacation outside of the rehabilitation center at an undisclosed location.
The Hollywood A-lister earlier entered the center to cure her addiction and eating disorder problems.
The actress fell into a deep emotional problem after her ugly separation with Hollywood actor Ashton Kutcher.
Family and friends of Moore, hoped she can finally recover from her ordeal and resume her acting career soon.
