Halle Berry and baby daddy Gabriel Audrey’s custody battle looks already bad on all sides, but it has now turned for the worst for Gabriel as 3-year-old baby Nahla accused her father in a description of utter disregard for the welfare of kid.

Nahla her daughter reportedly told DCFS about incidents of her daddy screaming at her and you can add that to several incidents where Gabriel yanked out Nahla from the nanny, allegedly pushing the nanny while holding his kid and screaming in front of her.

All those things creates bad impressions as well as gives a harrowing experience to any kid involve in any custody fight.

Gabriel though has agreed to go into anger management counseling and will have only monitored contact to his daughter along with other requirements that Gabriel must accomplish.

Though nothing is good about all of this, but it looks like Halle Berry’s accusations before this became a nasty custody battle are based on solid grounds after all.
