So LeAnn Rimes has been busy, real busy doing things like driving to CVS and back home, trying on bikinis and then tweeting pics of them – so somehow, by a sheer miracle, she actually found time to get a new tattoo. It’s on her foot and reads “the only one that matters.”

At first I thought she was talking about herself, but realized that she is referring to Eddie Cibrian (for now). Which makes total sense, since her husband obviously “didn’t matter” when she started banging Eddie while still married. Sweet.
