Nothing says desperate cry for attention like shaving your head. Have we learned nothing from Britney Spears? At least she was going through major life crises. Unless that is Ke$ha’s excuse, the new hairdo she debuted via Twitter featuring a solid set of dark roots, her usual messy blond locks, and the side of her hair shaved off does not get a pass.

When Cassie shaved the side of her head in 2009, it was interesting. People either loved it, or hated it (sort of like Ke$ha’s music). More attention might be garnered were the glitter clad pop-punker to come out with something new and catchy for the masses to dance to instead of copying an old trend.

Perhaps she can fix this blunder with yet another trend that won’t die. Feathers anyone?
