Nick Cannon is starting his new year off in the hospital. The “America’s Got Talent” host was admitted into a hospital in Aspen, Colorado while on vacation with his wife, Mariah Carey and their twins. Diagnosed with mild kidney failure, Nick isn’t letting the hospital stay get him down.
“As always, he’s in good spirits considering the situation,” his wife Mariah Carey, who accompanied him to the hospital in Aspen, tells PEOPLE exclusively.
“We are hopeful that he’ll be 100 percent as soon as possible,” she adds. “We really appreciate everybody’s love and support.”
Cannon Tweeted later Wednesday that he is “being transferred to a hospital in L.A. Thank you all for all your love, prayers and concern. You know me … I will be a’ight.” e
Hopefully Nick will make a speedy recovery. Get well soon.
