Seems like their really may be a divorce looming for Russell Brand and Katy Perry because according to People.com, the couple have both been spotted not wearing their wedding bands.

Katy Perry was spotted in Hawaii before Christmas without her wedding ring, which could be explained by the fact she was jumping around in the surf.

But then husband Russell Brand stepped out on a London street Thursday, also without his wedding band.

Now, a drumbeat of rumors about marital woes has grown only louder in the United States and the U.K. amid reports the couple spent the holidays apart. Their usually active Twitter pages have been silent on the issue, and their reps have not commented.

Only time will tell if this relationship is doomed.
