Ryan Gosling and his dog, George, must have been exhausted from their long run together because when the actor and his pup completed their run, Ryan actually carried his huge dog to the car. But this isn’t the first time Ryan has helped out his best friend. In June, Ryan was spotted carrying George through LAX.
