Ronald Weasley Gets his Own Harry Potter Party

Harry Potter star, Rupert Grint (aka Ronald Weasley himself) was spotted celebrating his birthday in Las Vegas with a very adult, Harry Potter-esque party. The actor celebrated with tons of lady friends at Chateaux over the weekend.

I wonder if those outfits are allowed at Hogwarts?
