Gaga and Usher to Perform for Bill Clinton Foundation

Lady Gaga, Usher and U2 have been tapped to perform at the 10 year anniversary of former President Bill Clinton’s Foundation. The William J. Clinton Foundation works to reducing hunger and HIV/AIDS research and treatment.
