Uh-oh – somebody didn’t get their afternoon nap! Looks like Keith Urban went all Elin Nordegren on a paparazzi’s car. Willem Pietersen filed a police report yesterday with Nashville police, claiming that Urban attacked and damaged his vehicle for no reason.

“I was attacked without provocation,” Pietersen tells us exclusively, noting that he’s only speaking out because he wants the truth to be known he did nothing wrong.

“I don’t want Keith’s money,” he ads when asked about the possibility of a civil suit.

The shutterbug acknowledged snapping photos of Urban and wife Nicole Kidman as they were leaving a Nashville restaurant on July 27. According to Pietersen, that’s when the musician spotted Pietersen’s vehicle 100 feed away and approached.

“He cussed me out. He took photos of me. He pounded on my car,” says the photog. “I was startled. It was not what I was expecting. I am a nonviolent person.”

Ok, for one Keith – the paparazzi probably makes $50K a year taking photos of you, and you make $10 million+ per year for playing 20 concerts and sitting around your house – cut him some slack dude. Two, even though I would totally give paps sh*t if I was famous, let’s not do it amateur-style! Do something cool like covering their entire car in pink paint, or a banana in the tailpipe, or even throwing a spike strip under their tires. Taking pics of them and punching their car is so 09′ bro.
