Whitney port rocks a white bikini in Miami, Florida on July 16th, 2011. “The City” starlet and celeb fashion designer is in town for the Mercedes-Benz Swim Fashion Week where designers show the latest and greatest in swimwear and what better place than in Miami Beach? She attended a couple of shows later in the day after she soaked up enough sun on the beach!
