Paris Hilton’s stalker James Rainford was arrested again Monday! He was seen peeking inside Paris Hilton’s two-story Malibu beach house. Witnesses watched as Rainford, 36, was handcuffed and taken away in a squad car around 4:30 p.m.

“He was hanging around on the beach while Paris was inside,” one beachgoer told The Daily Mail. “Someone recognized him as being the man who had given her trouble in the past and the cops arrived pretty quickly.”

Rainford has stalked Paris before! He also attacked Paris’ ex-bf Cy Waits outside court in April and was arrested previously because he snuck onto her Hollywood house in October, 2010. He was arrested this time for violating a protective order requiring him to stay 200 yards away from Paris.
