Lindsay Lohan, who is currently on house arrest for theft charges, has reportedly violated probation in her 2007 DUI case by failing a court-ordered alcohol test. An insider claims Lohan failed the test on June 13 and must attend a probation violation hearing at 10 a.m. Thursday.

This is not the first time the troubled actress has failed a drug test. She failed a test last July and was sentenced to jail time and rehab. Lohan then failed a drug test in September and was ordered to spend three months in rehab. She was released from rehab in early January, but her legal troubles did not stop there. A month later Lohan was charged with felony grand theft after a Los Angeles jewelry store claimed she stole a $2,500 necklace.

The charge was later reduced to a misdemeanor and Lohan was sentenced to 120 days in jail and 480 hours of community service. Due to overcrowding at the jail, Lohan was fitted with an ankle bracelet on May 26 and sent home to serve her jail time on house arrest.
