After two years on the market, the $150 million mansion built by the late Aaron Spelling has been sold. Candy Spelling sold the 57,000-square foot home to Petra Ecclestone, the 22-year-old daughter of Formula One racing boss Bernard Ecclestone. The sale price of the home has not been revealed. Petra and her fiancé, entrepreneur James Stunt, reportedly plan to split their time between the Los Angeles mansion and their $90.9 million home in London after their wedding in August.
Candy, 65, has not commented on the sale. She and Aaron Spelling built the mansion, which is known as “The Manor,” in 1991. The couple’s daughter, actress Tori Spelling, lived there until she was 19-years-old. The Manor includes 14 bedrooms, 27 baths, parking for 100 cars, a tennis court, swimming pools, a bowling alley, beauty a salon, a flower-cutting room and a gift wrapping room.
