Rapper Flo Rida was pulled over at 3:30 a.m. this morning in Miami Beach. Police smelled alcohol and put Flo through a series of field sobriety tests. The rapper’s alcohol level was .185, twice the legal limit. He was arrested and transported to the station for booking.
