Jessica Simpson has received a personal invitation from First Lady Michelle Obama to perform for military families April 13 at Coors Field in Denver, Colo.
“[The First Lady] asked me to sing for the troops. That’s a huge honor for me,” Simpson tells Us. “Just to be there and show my support and say thank you.”
The 30-year-old singer’s performance will be during the Rockies vs. Mets baseball game at 7:50 p.m. (EST).
