Kelsey Grammer and ex-Playboy model Camille Grammer have agreed on all the prerequisites for their split to be legalized and a judge at a Los Angeles court will now issue them a divorce decree.

It means Kelsey, 55, is now free to go ahead with his plans to marry 29-year-old fiancee Kayte Walsh later this month.

In December, Camille – mother of two of Kelsey’s children, Mason, nine, and six-year-old Jude – reportedly rejected a $30 million settlement as it didn’t include alimony or child support for their kids.

Following his split from Camille last July, Kelsey – whose marriage to the ‘Real Housewives’ star was his third – started dating 29-year-old Kayte but in October tragedy struck as she miscarried their first child together.

The actor had repeatedly stated his desire to marry his new partner this month and the pair are even believed to have sent out wedding invitations.
