Lindsay Lohan is being sued by a tanning company who claim she owes them over $40,000.
Tanning Vegas, run by entrepreneur Lorit Simon, allege they had the actress as a client from 2007 to 2009 and she has an outstanding bill of $41,031 which she hasn’t paid.
In addition to the unpaid debt, Lorit is also demanding the payment of her legal fees and interest incurred on the amount.
