Justin Bieber makes tween chicks faint. He gets $800 haircuts. His jeans are hand-stitched by Somalian sweat shop kids who get to eat one Hershey’s kiss a day. He can stand in a hurricane without messing up his hairstyle. Is there anything this dude can’t do? Enter the director of his new movie.

Jon Chu, director of Bieber’s new musical documentary feature film, Never Say Never, says his parents’ Palo Alto, Calif, restaurant Chef Chu’s experienced quite the healthy jump in business after he brought the pop singer in for dinner.

“We ate, took pictures, and now since his picture’s been up, business has gone up—like 20 percent!” Chu told me earlier today before a special screening of the flick in NYC. “We have presidents that have been at the restaurant…but it’s Justin Bieber that’s actually increased business.”
