Taylor Momsen has reportedly been suspended from Gossip Girl. A source tells Deadline that the 17-year-old, who plays the sister of Penn Badgley’s character Dan Humphrey, will start an “indefinite hiatus” from the show after next week’s episode.

A rep for the CW has not commented. So far in the fourth season, Momsen has only appeared in three episodes.

An insider tells Us magazine the actress, who is also the lead singer of the rock band Pretty Reckless, “doesn’t care” about the show. “She only does [the show] for the money. She works hard on Gossip Girl but doesn’t care about the plot or the other cast members. She treats it like a 9-5. No emotional investment,” claims the source.
