Charlie Sheen Files Lawsuit Against Porn Star Capri Anderson!

Charlie Sheen has filed a lawsuit against porn star Capri Anderson on Monday. In documents filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court the actor claims Anderson, whose real name is Christina Walsh, attempted to extort $1 million after their “consensual encounter” in New York City on October 26.

“This case involves a shakedown and extortion of the internationally known actor and celebrity Charlie Sheen … by an opportunist pornographic film star and publicity-hungry scam artist,” says the lawsuit.

The lawsuit accuses Walsh of making up a “sensational tale about being assaulted, battered and held against will.” She allegedly threatened to take her story of the media if Sheen did not comply with her $1 million demand.

On the night in question Sheen was removed from his room at the Plaza Hotel and transported to a nearby hospital by police. Insiders say Sheen was naked, drunk and trashing his hotel room when police arrived. A rep for Sheen said he simply suffered an allergic reaction to medication and was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Anderson’s account of the night is much different. In a new interview that aired Monday on Good Morning America and Nightline, the porn star says she was hired as Sheen’s escort for the night. She claims he became violent and grabbed her by the neck. Anderson also accuses Sheen of yelling racial slurs and threatening to kill her. Anderson said she locked herself in the bathroom.

An attorney for Walsh insists Sheen’s extortion claims are not true.

“It’s a blatant attempt by them to muddy the waters and confuse the situation. They are throwing a bunch of mud at the wall and hoping something will stick,” Keith Davidson tells People magazine.
