Earlier today (November 16) reports claimed that Eva Longoria was headed for divorce from her husband Tony Parker.

According to TMZ, the San Antonio Spurs guard filed paperwork in Texas – but it turns out that their sources (two court clerks) were completely mistaken.

Quickly shooting down TMZ’s story, Longoria’s publicist said it was “absolutely false” and added that Parker doesn’t even know the divorce lawyer mentioned!

TMZ has since backtracked and admited that their insiders were misspoken and their is no divorce. Oops!
