Lindsay Lohan reportedly reunited with her estranged father Michael Lohan over the weekend. RadarOnline.com reports the “emotional” reunion took place Sunday afternoon at the Betty Ford Rehabilitation clinic where Lindsay, 24, has been in treatment for drug and alcohol addiction.
“It was an emotional reunion. There were hugs, kissed and even a few tears when Michael and Lindsay first saw each other. They spent hours together; it was not a fleeting encounter, this appeared well-planned in advance,” an insider told RadarOnline.
After the meeting, Michael told Radar:
“I have pledged not to comment about anything relating to my daughter. However, what I will say is that I am an incredibly proud father tonight. My daughter is progressing extraordinarily well.”
Wow, I would love to have been a fly on the wall during the visit. She’s said over and over that she hated him. Wonder what changed? And how fast is it going to take for him to make a statement about visiting her?
