Vanessa Minnillo and Nick Lachey along with some friends soaked up the sun in Mexico over the weekend.
The couple are in Mexico to celebrate their joint birthdays – Vanessa turns 30 on November 9th while her soon-to-be-hubby turns 37 on the very same day.
